Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Plush Vault order. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work it out.

To request a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is reviewed and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
